This winter I did a lot of research on the forum about Wild 1 Chubby's. All the guys,...everyone of them said the same thing that's been posted here. Based on their experience and the excellent support from the company I bought a set of518's and new cables.
By far this has been the best mod that I've done on my bike. If I ever buy another bike it is not coming out of the dealership without a set of Chubby's.
Find the right fit and you won't regret the $$ spent on them.
I have Wild 1's Beach Bar (WO 550) on a Road King Custom. Big improvement over stock but you have to watch full lock turns. Excellent quality and styling. I've got Wild Ones on three bikes.
I have a 2005 Dyna Wide Glide and have a set of the W0612B CHUBBY OUTLAWZ on my bike! The best custom handlebars that are out there in my opinion! Put them on my bike with one of my buddies and it took us less then 4 hours! Huge clean wire holes make installation extremely easy. The quality is also second to none smooth welds and the powder coat is flawless!! Highly recommend!!!
I got the "577's" ( 12.5) on my '13 CVO Ultra and they are great!
I probably could have gone with the "578's" which are just below the break of the fairing but I wanted, and needed bars that would give me the rise and reach to prevent me from leaning over the fuel tank.
