WOW. I don't look in here very often. Seeing feedback like this makes my job well worth it. We'll keep on keeping on with a good quality product made here in the USA.

Wow, I pick up my 07 FLHRS tomorrow, added Wild1 Chubby 515's, am I the only nutball with 515's?
Nope, I put them on my 05 RK Custom!
But, I am still reaching for the bars a bit. I can pull them back, but they look like hell pulled back and down.
I ordered some 4" (1.5"pullback) risers that will soon be installed..
Hoping they will fix the reach problem.
Wow, I pick up my 07 FLHRS tomorrow, added Wild1 Chubby 515's, am I the only nutball with 515's?
Nope. I've got the exact same thing. Couldn't wait to ditch that God-awful beach bar. Don't know how anyone rides with it!
I researched height a lot. 10" seemed to be ideal for me. I liked the Heritage bar, but wanted a little wider and a little taller. But didn't want my hands above my shoulders (6' tall). These are perfect. Almost like a drag bar, but I can relax in a cruising posture. Oh, and I don't reach for mine...
I didn't get new cables, but probably should have.
I installed the WO518 bars along with stock length H-D Diamondback stainless throttle and clutch cables years ago on my 07 FLHRS.
In fact, I think I talked with John who posted above when I had trouble installing the handlebar clamp. I had installed the optional H-D polyurethane handlebar riser bushings. When I went to install the clamp it would not seat properly. i called Wild1 and was told the poly bushings wouldn't work with the larger diameter bars and to just install the old rubber bushings, which I did, and the original bushings are still in use.
It really changed the look of my scoot with the wiring inside of the bars.
Bottom line: Great product, great folks to deal with and worth every penny I spent on the 'em.
