Default Hard shifting!!

I had posted a couple a weeks ago on how I had adjusted my clutch and it was still not shifting right.Well that was one of many adjustments I made to the clutch.I turned the clutch adjuster from a 1/2 turn to 3/4 a turn to a full turn and still shifting hard.Removed the primary cover and checked the tension on chain and it was to specs, retorqued the compensator.Installed primary cover back on and changed primary oil to Formula+ and still no change.Made adjustments to clutch cable from a little tighter to very loose on clutch lever and still couldn't get it to shift any smoother.Went and changed oil in primary to Mobile1 vtwin 20/50 and it seemed worse, drained that out and went back to Formula+.At this point I was frustrated and decided to take it in to dealer and let them take a crack at it.As I sit there staring at the primary cover I reached over to the shifter rod and shifter arm,I moved the rod back and forth a bit and notice how loose the both felt.I took a look in between the tranny and inner primary cover and there was the problem, the shifter arm was very loose and had slid out some and was binding on the the inner cover.I removed the bolt, cleaned it up and applied some Loctite and put it back on and tighten the **** out of it.Went back and did my clutch and cable adjustments and now shes shifting and running smooth......What a dumbass of me,for a few weeks I struggled with this problem and I just coudnt see it.Lesson learned!....I hope my experience helps someone when there having hard shifting problems, and not go thru what this dumbass has.

It's always a good thing to figure it out yourself...

Even if it takes a couple weeks.

Goodonya!
