Race tuner
All 3 mentioned are 100% removable.
A flash tuner, TTS or PV, once the map is loaded, is removable. The TTS has to be removed, the PV gives you the option. Either leave the tuner hooked up and run wires to watch the engine functions, or unplug it and put it away just like the SESPT.
There is nothing to fail. You flash the ECM, and put the dongle in a drawer.

If you like the SE stuff, rock on! Nothing wrong with that.
I don't like the limited controls they put on the SE stuff, that's just me.
I've used them all, from jet kits, to SERT, to V&H FuelPak, to Dealer download, to TTS and now the PV-2. The TTS and PV-2 allow a lot more control than the later SE stuff. I really like the ability, if I meet drastically changing conditions, of doing an autotune on the fly. I live in South Texas, at around 600 feet elevation, if I take a trip to Colorado, and am riding up over 5000 feet, I can do a quick autotune, and get the bike running right for those conditions... then it's a 1 minute pause to go back to my home tune. Literally turn the kill switch off, hit LOAD TUNE, select the one you want, hit FLASH, 10 seconds it's uploaded, then shut the ignition off for 10 seconds turn it back on and it's done, start it and ride on.
Some guys like to have a dyno tuner do everything, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that either.
To each his own. My way damn sure ain't the best, but it's how I roll.... and I simply share my experiences here in the interwebs.

Haha. Like I said shows how much I knew about them. This is the first bike that I had flashed.
