Default Did HD.com Screw Up
I just got my new SESPT Tuner and cable kit and NO Software CDs or link to download. Did they mess my order up or is there a SE website I cna download the software at?

No mess up, go to www.h-d.com/prosupertuner and you can down load software and maps...the URL should be listed on the tuner box

Disable your pop up blocker first. If you don't know your serial no., just type in 10 1's in the space and download the software.

Luck would have it I chose today, Sunday, to do it. So can't contact HD until tomorrow. And by the way, there isn' any site link anywhere. Just a 2 step instruction on how to affix the tuner label to the down fork...go figure instruction on how to put a sticker on.

Serial # is on the box and tuner, so I'll give the site/link a try.

Click on the link in my above post and it will take you to the site for download of the sepst software.

The link worked, didn't like the real serial # of the tuner, but whatever. Oh for anyone in the future, it won't work using Google Chrome, have to use Microsoft Explorer.

The box my VCI came in had the address on the side. They just updated the software version and all the maps for the 2014 a couple of weeks ago.
