2014 Touch screen radio
Excuse my ignorance, Getting ready to trade off 2005 RKC for 2014 SGS. Wanting the new engine, frame, blah blah, but also wanting some good sounds while cruising, Hearing all kinds of chatter about the new touch screen radio system, Is anybody happy with it and what can I expect.
Thanks for any good comments, bad one are ok too- Like Duh do you want to ride in the wind or just listen to music, I do both and I do it a lot

I love it. I think a huge percentage of the complaints are operator ignorance or error as were mine. I was/am guilty of that because any issues I have/had were simple answers. Its a great system

Picked up my 2014 Limited yesterday. I love the sound from the boom box. It was clear at speeds up to 65 MPH. Through the helmet it was great. The Rushmore ad came to mind when my boss called me on the phone. I don't think he had a clue I was out wasting the day (NOT) riding my motorcycle instead of slaving away on my PC. You will LOVE the bike, the sound....everything. Pull the trigger.

I only listen to "jumpstick" music plugged into the USB connector so I am unsure of how the radio plays. There is a learning curve for finding all the different screens associated with the system and making the mistake of clicking on things that you really don't want to click on. Luckily we have this forum with its knowledgeable members to then help up "repair" our screw ups.
