Alright, tried the search function and couldn't find an answer. I am interested in putting the LED tail/signal lights from either custom dynamics or brightass lights in the stock tail light locations on my 13 street glide. I constantly am told by other riders that my turn signals are hard to see. I have been to both companies web sites and am having a difficult time finding the information I am looking for.
BAL's website really does not even show any of the small round tailight inserts. and CD's website shows the small round ones but does not say if they are a direct replacement for stock? Also when you switch to the LED is it plug in play? Just pull the old bulb out and replace with an LED cluster or is there more to it.
I had the Custom Dynamics lights installed on my Road King at Sturgis a couple of years ago - the best mod I've done, at least safety wise.
They are not plug and play, you need a converter box of some type. I can't give you specifics because I didn't DIY. My buddies and I each had it done, we went to the bar and came back later and wrote a check.
On your 2013 if you run front and back you will need a load equalizer, all plug and play except if you use the custom dynamic load equalizer you have to run a wire to the battery.
vickers1 This is exactly what I am looking for. Can you send me a link to which part numbers you purchased? Did you buy clear lenses as well or did you put the stock red lenses back on?

I went these on my old bike and plan on doing the same thing on my 2013 Street Glide. I had tinted lenses before and these lights are still extremely bright. Highly recommended.
love my bright *** lights assembly. the triple flash really makes cagers take notice. turn signals still need to be converted to LED though. in due time

I have the Dynamic Ringz on the front and red LED's on back with clear lenses front and rear. You can get the lenses from HD. When you order the LED's, ask about the lenses. I think CD has them too.
Fastest/easiest thing to do is call CD. Very helpful on the phone. Tell them your bike model & what your trying to do and they will tell you exactly what you need. No chance of ordering the wrong stuff.
