Yesterday I went to a swap meet and bought what I was told front and back led turn signal replacement bulbs, but they were both for the rear, one is from Kuryakan and the other has no name on it and smoked lens color (star lighting pattern) and those are a little flatter than the red Kuryakan, and I also ended up going onto the Kuryakan website to purchase their load equalizer and a plug-in adapter, so one of my questions is that I didn't see these mentioned yet and I am wondering if anyone here has experience with the Kuryakan products, second question is while buying the load equalizer it was mentioned that you need to add 2 ohms of resistance per each set of bulbs that were being replaced with led's, so I was wondering if I could just cut the the wires (on the set I'm not using for my bike) and solder-in a 1 ohm resistor into each led pigtail to allow my neighbor to use these without buying the load equalizer and plug-in connector.
I too have a 14 FLHXS and was also concerned with not much lighting at the rear. HD has a new product out to help with this problem. It is a plug and play "Electra Glo Saddlebag R/B/T Light Red", fits 2014 FLHX and S models. Very easy to install and not drilling into the bags. It really lighs up the back of my bike. It is LED and very bright. Part number is 67800448. Good luck with whatever you decide to use.

The issue with that is the OP has a 13 and the 2014 saddlebags are different so I'm not sure they would fit?
Fastest/easiest thing to do is call CD. Very helpful on the phone. Tell them your bike model & what your trying to do and they will tell you exactly what you need. No chance of ordering the wrong stuff.
Just received mine today from CD. They were great on the phone . '13 CDN SG that has the conventional taillight as well as the bullets. I got the Dynamic Ringz for the front. White DRL on the outer ring and amber turns in the center. Amber turns up here on the back.
I was originally going to go with just the rear lights but now Im thinking of doing the whole kit for $199. Does anybody have any pictures of the moonshines on the front with the stock headlamp? The moonshines are the ones that are white like driving lights when not signaling a turn. I wonder if they look out of place when you dont have an LED headlamp?
