Hello all, I signed up for the forum a while back and have found a lot of good info and advice, so first off, thanks for all that.
I'm proud to announce that I took delivery of a new Street Glide Special yesterday from my local dealer, and am now considering options for exhaust and intake. I know that opinions are varied, and it's a matter of personal taste, but here's the components I've chosen to get the sound and power I'm looking for:
RC Exhaust True Duals
RC Exhaust 4" Gatlin slip ons
RC Components Airstrike High Velocity Intake
I'm also thinking of getting the RCX-celerator autotune, even though I have a TTS Mastertune from my last bike.
I'd welcome any thoughts or advice on this design idea.
Congrats and welcome to the forum. I personally don't much care for those RC air cleaners. At that high price range I prefer some of the RSD designs...but then again it's your bike, get what you like!

That color looks good. My wife wanted me to get that color before I bought mine......it is really starting to look better, the more I see it. I bet it looks really good in person, out in the sunlight!

Congrats on the new bike and welcome to the forum. This is a very common question posed on this forum and the best advice that's always given by someone is to go to a couple bike events, local HOG chapter meeting or somewhere where you will see/hear lots of different setups and look/listen to others exhaust choices and see if that's what you really want/like. Good Luck!
