Hey all. I am trying to find a good blue tooth receiver to add to my '07 SG so I can basically play my Pandora and my personal play list through my bike radio. Where I am located I have borderline terrible station choices and there is only so many times I can play my metallica CD's before I need a better variety. I skimmed a post on here earlier today but most of it was from early 2013 and as much as tech changes these days, I was just wondering if anyone was using anything currently and having good results. I pretty much ride daily and usually solo so I like to enjoy my music while riding. Receiving phone calls and such not quite as important.
Not really wanting to replace the whole radio but will consider if it isn't too much of a pia as I am fairly busy these days with work and family life.
Rockford fosgate makes a Bluetooth device that plugs into your cigarette lighter outlet and then also plugs into your aux port on your head unit. They are around $50. I am going to get one real soon.
I got one one ebay (link below) and so did a friend. Both work great, no connectivity issues. Was only $17 with shipping, got here in a few days. Plugs right into the aux plug on the front of the radio.
