Thinking about installing tile in my garage. Looking at Costco motofloor. Anyone using that? What other options are there? I have a three car garage so looking at 600 sq ft at least. Looks like $2000+ to do the job...
concrete floor is easy to sweep, easy to wipe up spills.
epoxy coating will get you the Cadillac of garage floors
tiling/matting...may shift running vehicles over it, it may sag or collapse under the weight, anything you run over might be pressed into the flooring.

That stuff hold up well to a kick stand everyday? Ive been on the fence with it
I did the tan epoxy coat from Home Depot, I think it was Rustoleum, and you have to follow the instructions perfectly. Time is critical...too soon and it doesn't cure right, too slow and it clumps up. I did a 3-car garage and after 10 years one of the three stalls held up about 98%, another about 85%, and the last one about 60%. That last one also held the toys so got the most hard use, stands, trailers, jacks, etc...
I think if you prep right and pay real close attention to the pot time you can get a good floor at a good price. Not professional quality, of course, but fine for home use.
