Just got done changing my 2011 sg cam to a set of SE204s and all I can say is what a difference in sound as well as performance. We changed my buddies last week to the SE254s and I personally don't think they even compare to mine. Also this was my first cam swap and I must say this is a very easy upgrade.
I agree they sound cool and pull hard all the way up. I really like my 204's I put mine in myself also it was a piece of cake.
fwtw I am running a pcv with auto tune using the Dynojet woods tw6-6 map its pretty close to the 204.
I'm running the powervision,Jamie from fuel moto sent me a map to get me going,I'll probably start auto tunning Sunday. I'll try to get a sound clip if I can figure out how to load it.
I've been very happy with my SE 204's for the last couple of years. By far one of the best upgrades I've made to my bike. The power really starts to come on at 2800 (just above lugging RPM's) and charges nicely up to redline (6250 RPM's).

They do a great customer service over there a FM. That's where I bought my auto tune module and they were real nice to give me a couple maps to try after I got going.
I would like to hear yours I have a couple of mine on my iphone but they don't do it justice I don't think. Cold start they really rock sounds like a funny car starting up gets peoples attention. But maybe I will post one later for ***** and giggles? good luck
I have been very happy with my 204's also, nice idle all pulls hard! Dyno was 94hp and 114 tq, felt like a totally different bike after install with exhaust note and performance.
About a month ago helped a friend install a set of 204's in his 11 sg 96ci, and he ended up with 88hp and 107tq
Someone may correct me on this but I believe the 254e is an EPA compliant cam were the 204 is not.
Hey XHere, the 254e may not be EPA compliant, but they sure have the numbers of one. I thought the E meant it was EPA, but it actually means made for ECM. The 204 is very close to the Andrews 57h and the only difference is the lift. The 204 is far superior to the 254E in the numbers. I see the 204 worked equally well in the 96 as the 14 103. 7 more cubic inches and 6 hp difference and 7 torque. That is pretty close.
