I've seen some guy's say they like the 254e's but IMO the only reason they do is because they never rode a bike with 204's in it. I have a friend with 254e's in a 103 and his dyno sheet showed 2 more hp and 3 more Tq than my 96" did with 204's but when you rode his I couldn't tell it from stock. There was that big of a difference, my 96 would pull a lot harder down low where it counts. The 254e's is a retarded cam where the 204 is advanced on the intake quiet a bit.

Ke5rbd, the dyno on the 2011 96er did come out very good for him! Not much different than my 103, he has the gutted cat also. He is happy with it. Thanks for the tune and your help!
