Default Daymaker LED Headlight Question

Installed the LED Headlight. Can anyone with this light please tell me your adjustment height of the high beam at the 25 foot mark.

I've always found it better to put a screw driver in your pocket and take a ride after the sun goes down.

Inside my garage I have a 25 ft mark on my side wall so that I know where to park. Them I have a piece of blue masking tape approx 5 inches running horizontal. I pull in or get ready to leave out I can check my alignment after loading down the bike. When looking at the beam on the wall you will see a step _/-- Where the step or 45* begins is where the tape should hit just to the bottom left. They tell you make a crosshairs but this is all I need. This horizontal piece of tape is set at 36 inches from the floor. Then I went ride and over a course of fine tuning in have discovered that it is a lil high for my liking and I like it approx 1 inch lower. So I started out using the top of the tape and have moved to just below the tape. This is on a 2011 FLHTK that I use this measurement.

Keep adjusting it up until people start flashing you, then back off 1/2 turn...

Can you tell me how difficult or easy the installation was? Local dealer wants $125 to install

your local dealer either charges 500$ an hour labor or takes an hour to open the box the light comes in.

Rode the new bike at night last night for the first time since I got it. Was VERY disappointed in the performance of the daymaker, which came standard. I set up a 25' mark and the light was just off the ground at that distance. Tried to adjust it up to the level as stated in the manual, but ran out of adjustment just below the mark. Will test tonight and see how much of an improvement.
