Ride to work EVERYDAY the weather permits. and every chance i can get for fun too. Today I rode for 2 hours before work (i work evening today) and went NOWHERE! just out riding...
Then rode to work, it rained (oh well) and pulled it in the building truck well at work and will ride home later.
Daily commuter (an hour each way) year 'round here in San Diego... I average about 25K+ a year. I only take the car or truck when absolutely necessary, which isn't too often. With the Electra Glide I can do a modest amount of shopping on the way to/from work or if more is needed then typicallymy wife takes the car and does it - cuz I just don't drive cars sorry! My bike is literally my primary transportation by far.
I work from home so riding to work isn't an option. Nice thing about working from home is I can pretty much take off on the bikewhenever I want. I bring along the Blackberry and no one is the wiser. It's gonna hit the mid 70's tomorrow for the first time this year. Think I'll be working?
Give me your number, I'll see if I can call you from myBB when I'm out working.
