Default Amsoil products...NOT AN OIL THREAD
Greetings all...Does anyone use the amsoil air and oil filters? and if so, how do they compare? Thanks

I use the engine oil, and the amsoil gear oil in the other two holes. I just got the oil temperature gauge and after rideing on the highway and them few miles in local traffic my oil temp was 217. My brother doesn't use amsoil, same bike and his oil temp was 248. That a nice difference.

Use K&N with nut on the end. Saves me from buying another specialized tool.

Same here. But I do use AMSOIL 20-50 in engine and their heavier stuff in transmission.

Hey Taterdog, do you had a part number for the k&n oil filter?

I use the oil filters, they have a better synthetic filter media. The website has the info.

Amsoil flows in everything I own and in all the holes where it needs to be.Their filters are the best money can buy.As always it is personal preference.
