Detachable touring pack install
Just picked up an Ultra Classic. Would like to add a detachable touring pack to mine. Has anyone done it? Do you like it? Is it something I can install at home? Thanks.

Best money I ever spent was detachable tour pack brackets. Purchased a used Street Glide seat and now I have 2 bikes. I ride without the tour pack most of the time and snap it on for trips, like next week.

One of the best mods I have done. See if your dealership will match Kutter Harleys price. They are great, free shipping and no sales tax. What color is your bike? If its black, the black docking hardware looks great. Its easy to do. Just like prezflyr said, you get 2 bikes in one.

Piece of cake. I didn't buy the kit I just purchased docking hardware and the detachable rack. I already had an inner fairing antenna and did a different license plate mount so I didn't need all the pieces in the kit. I also purchased my parts online and saved the tax and 20%. Street glide seat from the classifieds here and u have a different bike.
