Was at one of the local dealer events and they had a Custom Dynamics rep there. I told him I had a 13 Road King and he gave me everything I needed (15% off). Went home to install; and he gave me the wrong load equalizer, the front signals were used and repackaged. Took the stuff back to the dealer the following day to get the right stuff and they did not have it. The parts guy said he would just return everything. He also said that a lot of guys have trouble with them and bring them back. He said they were not too good and I was better off not getting them because they are "junk".
I would like to hear from guys that have them. I just want the regular LED signals so they go along with my Bright *** Light taillight. If they are not too good I was thinking of getting just the rear HD LED signals.
That sounds kinda funny,I have Custom Dynamics led turn signals front and rear. They definitely are not junk, I know of no one having any issues with there products...hope it works out for you...
I've had the CD LED lights (front and rear turn signals, rear tail light, and plasma rods) since 2010 and have not had one problem except a turn signal panel that went out. I called CD they overnighted me one and only asked that I return the defective one so they can see what the problem was. Excellent product and excellent customer service.
Sounds like he want's to sell you his stuff instead. I have had CD led's on 3 motorcycles & have never had an issue with there products. Typically first quality products & Great service. I think there are many others here that will say the same.
I don't know what that guys problem was. Im gonna order a set and the load equalizer. Are you guys putting clear lenses on or using the stock lenses? Where's the cheapest place to order?
No issues here, front or back. I use tinted lens in front and the stock red in the back. I had mine for years so I couldn't recommend a recent place with any deals?
First I've heard of any place saying there junk, what dealer was it? I can tell you the the CD are much brighter that HD and will match your bright *** tail light much better!
