Default ABS help

I am repairing a 2013 road glide that got hit on the right side taking out the brake lines to the ABS . I have replaced the lines and bleed them but the ABS light in the gauge keeps flashing. is this a computer issue that needs set by H D to fix. I no the lines are bleed correct.

thanks

It always flashes until you start moving. Have you ridden it? Or just started.

I haven't ridden an ABS Harley, but on my BMW both brakes have to be applied, after starting the bike, to complete it's system check and turn the warning light off.

ABS needs the dealership to do their magic with the ABS computer.
ABS is no longer backyard work.

When I changed my brake fluid and bled the system I didn't disturb the abs system but the light flashed until I rode the bike but with you changing lines you prolly will have to take it to the dealer.

It's worth a ride round the block to see what happens!

and then to the dealership to make 100% sure it is correctly functioning.
Not worth the risk in my opinion to not have it checked. I do love the ABS on my RK, only have had to depend on it once.....so far....and I was sure glad it worked!

The ABS light will flash until it sees that the sensors in the wheels are functioning. To do that the wheels must be in motion. I have also heard that the dealer must reset the ABS computer after any time the brakes were worked on other than just pads.

The fLashing ABS light is completely normal.
As long as the ignition was not turned on while the lines were open, then you should be good to Go!
