Great year, its got the new frame with the 180mm rear tire, improved suspension/swingarm, redesigned engine mounting. Also the much improved brembo brakes and 6 gallon tank that came in 2008

Last year of the "Hand Built" CVOs by a two-four man team!
Check for any of the recalls or service bulletins regarding the 2009 model years.
Rear brake switch, tire recalls, fuel tank screw covers may come to mine.

yes they have the 5th gear whine,its because of a stronger straight cut gear,and it quiets down down nicely around 10-20,000 miles.

2 problems i know about are primary bearing,not many from what i can tell and some early wheel bearing failures, but don't let those scare ya they aren't widespread problems.
