if you have a Biketronics controller, you have AVC.
To set AVC, push left audio switch in for "about 2 seconds" and release. Then "bump" up the audio switch; each "bump" is a step in the AVC range that goes from 0 (most aggressive) to 20 (least aggressive). When you have bumped to the AVC you want, wait four seconds to exit AVC selection mode. To disable AVC, press in the audio switch for two seconds, release the switch, and wait four seconds without "bumping" the switch and AVC mode will close with AVC disabled.

I concur on Iowa weather which is why I won't move back. I'm from Elkader in Clayton County. Anyway's they will walk you through some troubleshooting steps. I had my first module for 5 years and this one for 3. Great people at that shop,

Mine quits any time I go over 80 mph I called them 11 times in 5 years and I do leave a messages five times .after that the answering machine is full .. I bought it back in 2008 Warranty you said .....??? .hahahaha ,,,,good luck,,, they suck big time

Interesting that you have to leave voice mails. I buy a lot of product from them for my own as well as other installs and I can tell you I've NEVER had to leave a voicemail. Sure you're calling the correct phone number?
