I just finished installing the Fullsac 1.75 baffles in my used cvo mufflers. I made my own perforated sleeves and used 2 layers of packing material. I made a before and after video and honestly there is only a subtle difference in the tone. I also have the Nightrider FL-Xied 10 installed. Went for a ride and no popping on decel and plenty of throttle response.
I took the bike for a quick ride on the highway and I was pleased with the performance. i will give them some time and if I am still curious I can try the 2.0 since its an easy swap. All the hard work was getting the original baffles out with a Dremel. I am 57 and have Tinnitus and slight hearing loss in one ear. Can't deal with loud anymore.
