Default Tour Pack Backrest Pad....how to adjust it?

Had my Razor Tour Pack delivered to me today and it came with the backrest pad (not the wraparound). It appears I need to drill holes into the Tour Pack to install it but how do I adjust those cylinder bolts it once it's on the pack?

Pic of the backside of pad is below.

looks like you drill the holes, snug the cylinder bolts so they'll move but require a little pressure, put the pad up to the pack & adjust the mounts, pull off & tighten cylinder bolts completely, then mount the pad.

Didn't it come with instructions?

Here ya go: smooth razor-pak instructions
Install the backrest pad on the Tour-Pak as follows:
1. Align the six backrest pad studs with the existing drilled
holes in the Tour-Pak.
2. Fasten the backrest pad studs with the six 1/4-20 flanged
locknuts included in the kit. Tighten the locknuts to 8 ft-lbs
(11 Nm).
3. Close the Tour-Pak cover and check for proper backrest
alignment.

Thanks Mike. No, it didn't come with instructions. I assumed by looking at it that there was only one way to adjust it, but by asking on this forum you usually get four to six different ways.

Got it done. Had to work the drill for the bolt holes in the Razor Pack a little but the chopped tour pad is on. I think I have enough room to get a wrench behind the pad to really tighten them down. Now waiting for my Tour Pack mount to get here.
