I use them. Some prefer Ride On liquid for balancing as well.

I used them both in my trailer and bike wheels...sometimes i forget i am trailering my bike real smooth....2oz in each tire.
Work for me....i recommend them.

I have been enjoying them for years.. I threw a wheel weight once on a trip. It was a Sunday and made for a bad day of riding.

For amounts to use you can check Innovative Balancing's web site. We use them exclusively and have been for years. The bike rides smoother. The tires last longer. No ugly wheels weights on the rim so it is a three fold benefit.
