I like the looks of the touring bikes better with engine guards on them. What else am I going to attach my lowers to? And life would be hard without my highway pegs.

Took mine off as my pontoon feet were hitting them. Replaced with Kury long arm cruise bars. I have had a couple of mishaps where I went over while turning left at crawling speed and the pegs folded and the bars held some of the bikes weight with no damage.

They look good, are comfortable and I wouldn't have another bike without them. They use Belsoilsyntech 200W1000.

I stripped down my Electra Glide, took the spots off as well and it looked really sleek. But now I have a RK and not sure about the look with out the spots. Look forward to check yours out stripped down, a very versatile bike with many looks. I've got nothing to say on the safety issue of it. Ride hard, dust yourself off and make mods.

I've dropped mine...so it stays. But also like foot options, the hard lowers...did powder the twin bag rails and left the crash bar part chrome, the black makes it blend away nice but still have that protection. Front bar needs to get powdered now.
