Another mpg thread
Whats the best you got? Today on a 250 mile trip ridin with a buddy that could only do 60-65 for the most part due to the wind blowin him everywhere (so he claimed). We fueled up and i got my best mpg ive ever gotten at 53mpg! 2012 street glide se254 cams se heavy breather v&h power duals 4" rineharts with there 2.5" performance baffles sert tuner.

I only check my milage every once in awhile, but it's a good idea to do it. Drastic changes in your milage is an indication of something going wrong. I did happen to check mine yesterday when I filled up. 135 miles and put in 3.2 gallons= 42.2 mpg. I'm happy with that considering that's a mix of city and highway and I run the thing like a scalded dog. 2008 RK, 96", stock cams, v&h big shot duals, v&h fuel pak, Arlen Ness big sucker a/c.

I'm at about 38 mixed and 42 or so on the highway if I keep it below 65. My MPG dropped a bit after I adjusted my speedo/odometer with my Powervision. Best way to test MPG is over time, not with one tank. Too many environmental variables.

I usually run my bike pretty hard at 80+ on the highway and average 38-44 highway. So i was just blown away to see 53. The best it has done yet and doubt i see that kind of mileage again haha.

I average 45mpg with my 2010 RK. I currently have a 103" motor in. I used the Screamin' Eagle 103ci Stage II Big bore kit, 255 cams, SE Heavy Breather, race tuner, V&H power dual headers and V&H Monster Ovals....
