Oh and its fairly easy once the primary and exhaust are off.

Well I may have found the problem. It was the exhaust hanger at the rear of the transmission. It was snug but not tight. loose enough to make noise with the vibration of the engine. These are Freedom Performance Duals and that rear hanger for the crossover is different than stock. We will see what happens when I ride tomorrow. But sitting in the garage it quieted it and no more Clackity Clack. You would think as noisy as it was I would have seen some movement

I had a rattling gas cap that made me swear a bearing was going out in my cam chest. Hope you got it figured out!
