I lost the leather panel from under the passenger seat on my '10 Ultra.. anyone know the part # ?

52395-06A is the complete back rest assembly.

If you know someone that sews leather (local shoe shop) make one your self. Much cheaper and you can make it custom to your liking. You can then also add more padding for your passenger.

I did a search on 52951-06 and also found 53052-08.. anyone know the difference?

I "think " the -08 part is for a CVO...
