I've been looking at a Saddleman. looked at one at my local dealer the other day and really like it. It has fur on top. Don't really understand why they're so damn expensive though. Really nothing to them. The Saddleman is $109.

I had the chance to test ride one and it felt awesome. It will raise the seat height about an inch or so. Not sure if that will be an issue for your passenger.
I would guess the medium would work. Ask Allen at Mean city.
My wife recently tried the Saddlemen gel pad and the Airhawk pad and the airhawk won hands down. It has air in the baffles and you can adjust the pressure in seconds.
