I took my bike to the dealer for some warranty work and had them also swap out my old style Ultra Cool oil cooler with the new version. I pick it up and the radio doesn't work, so I take it back. They check and say it isn't anything they did and that the Arc amp isn't something that they would test, and basically stopped there. So now I have the bike apart, bought a new Arc amp (4 channel instead of the 2), and installed it...same issue. What I have noticed is that the wire that is supposed to turn on the amp (connected to aux I think) doesn't have power. I further noticed that this wire is also connected to the LED for the Ultra Cool, so I'm sure this is the culprit. The only thing I can think of is it is a fuse, but I don't see any that are burnt, but I also don't know which 1 to be looking at. Does anyone know which fuse it could be or if it could be anything else?
Thanks
#2 if your AMP is hooked up like mine there is a fuse in the fuse box called P&A (I think it stands for parts and accessories) fuse. That one was blown for me. Replaced it and done.
If you have a 2014 SG it's the fuse row all the way to the left and 2nd fuse down.
So normally Arc's will have a separate wiring harness +12/Gnd run directly to battery and you'll find inline fuse near battery. Check the fuse near battery too beside amps 30A fuse. The Turn On lead normally you'll find connected near front headlight harness. There you will find an unused and terminated wire which is accessory switched 12 volts(Orange w/white stripe). This is where most folks attach Turn On lead. Check those three(+12, Grd, Turn On)wires connections out. A volt/ohm meter helps out too if got one.

The orange lead by the headlight is fused in the fuse box. Ask me how I know
