There should be oval holes in the filler strips that the docking kit brackets go through. I just installed one on my 08. You will have to relocate your antenna to the tour pak or go with a inside the fairing antenna.

I was checking the oval holes and it didint seem like they were long enough. i guess ill just have to take it apart and see. did yours fit in perfect or did you have to cut them or widen them out? 07 hopefully and shouldnt be smaller than the 08's is it?

You can also use an aftermarket Tour Pak mount that utilizes your backrest mounts and does away with the "hoops". I bought the Fat Baggers Inc. mount. There are many sources, but I found it the cheapest on eBay. Here is the link for the FBI mount for your year of Street Glide LINK

Default 4-piont docking

put a hidden antenna in the fairing and stash the antenna cord under the seat.
