No idea have to get in there with a mic. I'm just looking for the rocker cover bolt covers. These don't need a tool, they have retainers that the caps snap onto not those ridiculous set screws.

Can you get most of the bolts out without taking the tank off? The worst looking bolt heads are on the top of the jugs.

Pretty much, but taking the tank off is really easy. Get down to your last two gallons or so, pop the seat, the four tank bolts and the fuel line quick disconnect and carefully lift the tank off. You'll have full access to the top of the rocker boxes.

On the brake side of my 07 Ultra I can get the jug cover bolts without removing the tank. On the clutch side it is tighter. The front cylinder not so bad. The rear was a pain even with the tank off. I was replacing the front motor mount so I actually dropped the motor in the frame to make room for the allen wrench (which I had to grind down to fit) for the rear bolts. If I had to do the rear covers over again, I would at least use hex bolts and not allen bolts due to clearance.

On the cam cover and the tranny cover (brake side of course), The Exhaust has to come off the get the bolts that are covered by the exhaust replaced.

Yours may vary of course if a different year.

I've used hot toppers on all my bikes and they hold up good, even when removing them and reinstalling them. You just have to be careful not to scratch them up.

You can buy a kit that covers most of the engine bolts pretty reasonable.

HotToppers went out of business, unless you can find someone with some old stock, the only alternative are the toppers from China which the HD dealers sell.

Ok, sounds like I'm changing my bolts. One last question: Do I need to drain the oil out of my motor to change the bolts, or at least the ones on top of the jugs (which are the worst)?

I went on line found a place in Florida. No problem ordering or delivery. I went with Allen heads then bought the chrome inserts from Harley.
