.200 new, .180 to the trash heap. MOCO doesn't give us a lot to work with.

run them. they will warp, you will replace them...or they wont and you wont...no problem

New polished rotors can be had on Ebay starting out at $50. Why chance it?

friend of mine tried them warped bad within 5k miles ,, i got 47.5k out of the originals ,, metal is no good on those

Ya I am sure there are some flakes on there for sure. For the record I got polished Harley take-offs for $99 each. So not that far off if you want the originals.

No, I would not run them.

There are places to "cheap out" on your vehicles... the brake system is not one of those places.
