If you're looking for a seat to fit a Road King Custom (bike in your avatar) you have limited choices. The dash on a Custom is different than all other Road Kings. I had to disassemble and modify the seat on my bike to fit.
Check out Mean city Cycles, they can modify your seat anyway you want for less $ than a new seat will cost you.
Sent my RK seat to them, I had them narrow it & lower it 1.5" plus installed memory foam, $135.00 plus shipping, couldn't be happier.
Interesting. Coming off bikes that did sit me up high the last thing I would ever accuse my 09 FLHR seat of doing is sitting me on top of anything. I'm an average 6' and if I was any lower it would be uncomfortable for me. I am the odd duck that actually likes both the stock seat and bars.
If you look at my sig pic, the seat on my RKC is called a Stripper. Not made anymore, but you can prolly find one on Ebay. IMHO, the best looking seat I have ever seen on a RK, and much more comfortable than it looks.
But, like Thick said, it may not fit with a RK Custom. You can prolly check fitment with Harley.
Thanks for your help guys, at 6' 3" I feel like I am sitting on top of the bike as opposed to being down in and apart of the bike. When I go into turns it feels like it wants to just fall over. I want to change the suspension when money is available but also I know a different seat will help a little also.
