Default Super Gas!

Went out on a ride yesterday. Stopped at a Get Go gas station to fill up about half way through the ride. Get Go is a grocery store linked fuel station for the non-locals.

After filling up, the Remaining said I had 310 miles to empty.

I can only conclude that this gas station was using full synthetic fuel and not that crap dino stuff.

I believe the computer estimates the miles remaining from the gas used previously from the last tank.

There is no way the computer knows what you just put in, or how you will ride after the fill up.

Agreed, it is a guess based on how much fuel is in the tank and what your recent MPG has been.

A lot of Get Go stations are ethanol heavy as in 15%, you get worse gas mileage.

If you use synthetic fuel, do you need synthetic oil? and which one?
