When you buy an item from this guy "honestyintegrityalways", you get a load of Christian religious material in with it telling you how he is saved and how you need to be etc.

There's nothing that offends me more than a religious hypocrite ... be an honest thief and I'll respect you more. I am disgusted by the vanity of these people.

Basically, we had a deal - according to the law - where I sent the item back to be repaired ... and instead of repairing it, he gave me a partial refund.

I guess he knows most folk will just give up at that point and accept a small loss.

He never sent my item back fixed.

Legally, he should have replaced it with a good new one.

What he then offered me was a second hand one. He said he would take the one off his bike and send it to me ... like I should be grateful or something!?!

WTF ... who does this guy think he is ... the Pope handing out holy relics of his own existence?

I said no and I was perfectly reasonable and polite through all this.

He refused to honor our deal and even to fully refund me. I had to take it to Paypal to get more of my cash back but I am still about $30 down on postage and charges.

What did he say ...

Yeah, well, thanks ... but I did not buy a second hand part ...

Basically, he wants me to remove negative feedback *before* he will deal with the matter ... and I made it clear I want him to honor our deal to repair or supply a known good one.

Would you trust the guy to do so?

I'd rather warn others of how he does business and hopefully open his eye to see how he is behaving.

Oh, and this was after he had claimed the tolerances on his own clock were worse than mine.

Whether or not that was true or not, who know with this guy, but it's certainly not according to consumer law.

I refused and said I wanted mine fixed, as we agreed before I sent it ... or a new, known good one just like I had paid for.

Not a second hand part of his own bike.

Default insufferable ***

To all: Be it known that we (Ebay seller Honesty integrity always) have bent over backward to help this customer. We have offered to replace his clock THAT HE DAMAGED. Four times, we offered to replace it and each time, our offer was met with repeated written insults, whining and complaining. He refused to allow us to replace it, instead, insisting that we "repair" his broken part. When it was explained to him that the part is internally tensioned and that there was no adjustment possible, he just continued his insulting written tirades.

He refuses to listen... he refuses to accept a replacement... At one point, I even offered to send him the very same part of my own bike to illustrate that correct amount of movement in the lid to base fitment

Despite countless attempts to appease this (angry, bitter and hostile) man, we finally gave up and refunded his money. THEN he filed a complaint against us within eBay... eBay nearly always sides with the customer, but in this case, they sided with us, the seller.. because we furnished them with photographs, videotape and a copy of all written communication with this customer.

I am writing today, to clear up the confusion that this new member is attempting to spread. Be it known, that (a) he is a liar, and he is deliberately spreading slanderous comments about our reputable business and that he has been given every possible opportunity to accept a replacement part and his money back.

At this point, we have refunded his purchase and have blocked his eBay user ID.

If you would like to speak to me personally about the details of this transaction, I am willing (eager) to give you the "other side of the story"

But suffice it to say, that even eBay has shot him down because he is an insufferable *** to deal with

Jeez, everyone loves a good bun fight in pubic ...

Hold on a second, let's just correct some of that and add some hardcore evidence ...

Here's the truth ...

You emailed me on 29 May 2014 22:50:03 to state you had received my faulty return ... and then by 29 May 2014 22:53:45 you sent an email stating "Your PayPal payment has been refunded".

Therefore, how ... without 3 minutes ... could you "Despite countless attempts to appease this (angry, bitter and hostile) man, we finally gave up and refunded his money".

In fact, we traded no emails before he partially refunded thinking he might get rid of me.

If you really want, I'll post all of my prior emails and allow others to decide if I was really "angry, bitter and hostile". There was nothing that supports that ... even after I got ripped off $44.

Please confirm;

• You offered a secondhand replacement ("off your own bike") for a brand new item (you never sent one).
• You made a 'partial refund', without any agreement, before there was any disagreement between us.

• Ebay found in my favour and gave me an additional refund to your partial one (see below).

• I've never "refused a replacement". Indeed, I've been asking that on many occasion ... and I am still waiting for you to honor either our agreement, or to adhere to consumer law and fix or replace my faulty one.

• He never supplied any video. I did.
• He never supplied any pictures. I did (of his 'partial refund' via Paypal when he claimed to have made a 100% refund to Ebay - see evidence below).

What I won't accept - and I don't think anyone here would - is a company that offers a second hand replacement "off their bike" when they paid for a brand new item.

... And I'm still down $33 dollars.

Where's your honesty and integrity now?

As for Ebay, this is the note I actually got from them...

He claimed he had fully refunded. I had to post this ... to prove it was not true. He claimed in writing he had given a "100% refund" to Ebay. It was not true.
