if I ever replace my current trailer, Ill invest in a biker bar but for now perfectly happy with the condor chocks. The tie down brackets are well worth the $50. You will have secure designated points to hook your straps without stressing engine guards, forks, triple trees etc. Ciro3d makes one for the roadglides as well that works great.
Can you send me a link for that please, I can't find it.
I have had exceptional luck with Biker Bar. It's been almost 10 years since I started using this method of securing the bikes. Had a bad night where I hit black ice and the truck and trailer went lock to lock, pulled through and kept the truck and trailer on the road. Buddy was sleeping and awoke with eyes as big as saucers, let's check the bikes were his first words. I kept driving until we stopped for fuel and opened the door to find both bikes secure and as snug as a bug in a rug.
I'll be loading up next week for a winter trip. I install the bar by twisting the folding lever and just ride into the trailer, click in place, get off and put the bikes in transport mode. Too easy. I did order a double thick floor on this trailer just for peace of mind.
