Has anyone experienced starting issues once installed on a 103, especially while the motor is hot? I am also looking to cam my Limited for the exact reason as mentioned above, I do long trip rides, 700 miles days, and would like the extra torque. I felt the 255 is the cam for me but heard there was so hot re start issues?

As I stated previously, look at the Andrews 48. It offers all the benefits of se255's without the hot start and pinging problems.
I run the 54's and loveum. My tq #'s are low because of the weight of the CT on the rear. The tq is still there, just doesn't show on the sheet. My dyno guy said its probly around 105 or so. 6th gear has a lot of power now, where it was dead before the cams.
Just put a set of the 2014 cams out of the Rushmore in my 2008 road glide not a power house but runs pretty good. Have had the 255's and they worked good but made a little more noise I did not like. These cams are not as noisy as the 255's but are not as quite as the stock cams were. I hate to listen to noisy cams and no cam will make enough power for me to listen to the noise.

I did the same thing to my 103 a couple months ago. Gave me just what I wanted for power and preserved my fuel mileage.
