quick question

I purchased my first FLHR. It is 2000. My question is how much play should there be in the bars forward and back ? Is there rubber bushings mounted under the bars. My fatboy is solid no movement.

There should be no movement. You need to change out the rubber mounts, either with Harley or there are a couple after market.

Thanks guys for to the insight I bought the polyurethane riser bushings fro HD and that was the issue took long to remove the headlight then it did to c/o toe riser bushings. all is thigh and secuer now .
