At first opportunity take your new bike to San Francisco and spend a day going down Lombard St. After a few successful trips down you will not even realize you have a slope in your driveway.

Just don't hit the street at too fast of a speed and you'll be fine and ease out of the drive and be mindful not to drag the backend of the pipes as they're still coming down the incline.

what do you ride now, nucshane? Traded a honda 1300 vtx for my road king. Amazing the balance of the bigger bike is so much better. I would think after a few get comfortable rides, driveway will be no issue.

I have a very steep uphill driveway, I have no problems backing the bike down it. I just coast backwards touching my foot from side to side and keep the handle bars straight as I back it down.
