I have the TTS Master Tune. My speedo (and odometer) were 4% high (read 73 at 70). Used the TTS to raise my speedo calibration # from 2121 to 2200 and the speedo is now dead on.
That link was for up to 06 models, but thanks. I called Namz they showed one from Dakota digital for 07 and up but the customer service guy I talked to said it was for when changes were made, kinda the way I took it it wasn't for just adjusting stock sit-up, which I don't understand. I have a SE tuner but I don't think I can calibrate speedo with it, I'd like to have a PV tuner but not right now, thought I might get one if I did more motor work down the road.
It's not just HD. As far as I know most of the metric bikes are the same way. I know my Honda VTX 1800 was. I'd bet that there was a legal reason. It's too wide spread among the manufacturers and too easily fixed. I've been told that the Rushmore bikes do NOT have a speedo feature on the built in GPS. Harley doesn't want you to know how far off the speedo is. According to my Garmin, my Ultra was 4mph off. Fixed it with the PV tuner.

My 14's GPS has a read out on the bottom that is the same as the speedometer. It may not be from the GPS but from the BCM. Haven't checked it to standard GPS yet. Have a PV on it so will adjust if off. I will bet it is off now that I think about it.
I did not realize it was for a 06 up. i will check to see which one I have. I have it on a 05 Dyna super Glide.
This what Dakota says:
Fits Harley Davidson models:
1995-2003 Sportster Models
1996-2006 Softail Models
1996-2005 Dyna Models
2006 and earlier Touring models with Factory Electronic Speedometer
2007 and later Harley models require hardwiring into stock harness, speed correction can be made up to Harley's factory margin of error, typically 3-5% from the actual speed reading. If correction is made beyond this, it may result in the loss of the 6th gear indicator light and cruise control.
