Sorry to hear, but hey, finding it in time is good.
I bet you will feel better after it is over than you have felt in a long time.
After a few mutually enjoyed blue vein throbbers, you will be rip snortin' that bike big time!

Having gone thru the procedure 10 years ago now you'll recover. I'm not saying you can, but I pushed myself to the max. I was up to a mile in a week or so, back at work in 4 weeks. I just knew I couldn't sit around so I made the decision to push the envelope. I started back to work afters 30 days, drove from Houston to New Orleans the first day back. Push yourself, but pace yourself. Your body will let you know. God bless.

I had a quadruple bypass in Feb 2013. Did not see if coming with no heart damage. Do the after surgery exercises that hurt like nothing before and do the follow-on rehab. Make life long changes for the good of your heart so you don't have to go back for more surgeries or worse... God speed to you.

You will be up and about before you know it. Recover well before getting in a hurry to ride. I have had 3 open heart surgeries, all by passes, 1st one when I was 46, now 66, 10 plus stents. I could not understand what was happening, always knew something was wrong and spotted it before a heart attack. Well playing in the jungle and getting sprayed with agent orange for a year was not the best vacation for me. I will say a prayer for you recover well and then get back on the bike. Jim
