Most be a Honda Owners pet. did you try chrome polish? I use Mothers and turtle wax chrome polish on my pipe to take off baked on bugs and melted boot marks.

Easy Off will probably work, but spray it on a rag then wipe the pipes. If you accidentally spray it on paint it will remove it.

He isn't big, but he is suicidal. The SOB backed up to the muffler and gave it a squirt under the bag. I didn't think to take a picture of it. Nail polish remover didn't do anything. I have some paper towels with oven cleaner on it now. I'm gonna let that soak for an hour or two and see what that does.
