I'm a long time True-Track believer. Had one installed on my last Street Glide, and just ordered one for my new bike.
Anyway, I see, they've recently added a front stabilizer. Wondering if anyone has installed it and if they feel it's worth it? Any noticeable difference in tracking, handling etc? I'm thinking it may be overkill, but like I said, I'm a believer in True-Track rear stabilizer and the handling improvement it adds.
Interesting. I considered the True-Track for my last bike, an 06' SG but didn't think the product would offer any additional improvement with the newer frame ? So the stability/performance improvement would still be noticeable on a 13' touring model ?
It looks like some kind of replacement for the stock top-front engine stabilizer. I agree with HDV that the website really should include install instructions so we can see what's what.
I have their rear stabilizer on my bike and it does make a difference.
Agreed, although it only has 4 fasteners, so they won't be very many! A photo of one in situ would be even more helpful. I've seen them mentioned on HDF a couple of times, but yet to see that anyone has installed one. Should make a dresser handle like my Firebolt.........
A customer came in who had both the front and rear and said the front made a huge difference. He didn't think the rear did much on the newer baggers. I ran both front and rear on my Dyna and the bike night and day. It handled like a dream with the True Track.
