I've been thinking about putting a center stand on my '14 SGS. Been looking at the EZ-UP and the HD stand. Now I find out that Mutazu has one on ebay for $148 and it's adjustable (but not drive-off, which I don't think I care about).
Anyway, I can't find any threads or reviews on it anywhere. I know their stuff is "get what you pay for" but really, this is something that installs underneath, out of sight and just serves a particular purpose. Has anybody heard anything about this stand or want to make a suggestion? No real reason to say how much you love your EZUP or HD stand. There are plenty of threads and reviews on those.
Haven't seen the centerstand so probably shouldn't say. But I do have some stuff from Mutazu that I have been VERY happy with. My trunk is one and my lower fairings another..
I did return a luggage rack because the mounts were screwed up at the welds. And I think that is where I'd be cautious, quality of material and quality of welds. Especially if it is holding my bike up. I wouldn't want to be the first guy to have to post that their center stand is a POS 'cause my bike fell over
BTW their Tour Pack luggage rack is a POS 'cause the posts are welded in a manner as to prevent them from setting flush on the lid.
Like I say, some of my Mutazu stuff has served me very well. Some items require a little more caution.
You have a beautiful bike, I wouldn't go cheap on a stand.

Only bad thing I have ever heard about any center stand is that they tend to rub during cornering. Might take a look at the different brands and see if any tuck under better than the others.
I'm not familiar with the center stand but I do have their King Tour Pak and speaker lowers and love them. I haven't had one problem. And, as a member you get 10-15% discount. Call them and ask for Gina.
hi!
talking about center stand, I have a doubt: What's the use of the little black bolt inclued into the kit?
And about the bolt screwed into the base of the center stand?
I have the EZ-Up. I know it's a bit more but don't underestimate how much you will appreciate drive-off, it's very handy. I have had no issues with rubbing in corners, to me it looks like you would have to be cornering very aggressively for that to happen.
I've put thousands of miles on the Easy Up on various roads including the Dragon and most of the "must do" rides and have NEVER dragged the stand. I ride hard, however you will encounter some "drag" negotiation some parking lot entrances ( curbs ) if you negotiate the head on. Learning to do them at and angle comes quickly. Would I buy another one? Definitely!
