Call and talk to Howard at Motorcyclemetal.com

He has a set up that is way better than even the new HD setup and it is adjustable. Howard is a suspension guru.

One thing to remember. When you spend thousands upgrading your 2011 front end you are not increasing the value per say of your bike. If you plan on keeping your 2011 long, long term it does not matter. If you decide to trade a few years down the road, IMHO, changing the front end would not have much return. Again, IMHO, generally you are better off buying the bike with factory features you like.

Good luck

This was posted by Lowcountry Joe last year, from HD's tech.

I'm thinking the new forks won't work in the old frame...

But, it sounds like Howard at Motorcyclemetal.com has designed a set of trees that work on pre-2014 frames and hold 2014 or 49mm forks.

With a 14 the front fender mounts are a little different as well. About 1/16" wider.
