Default engine cooling options

Hi all: I may be trading my Fatboy for a new SG. I will not be upgrading the exhaust or A/C until winter. But I still want to lower the A/F to help with engine heat. What are my options to do this while still running stock? Will and V&H FP3 auto-tune to a betting A/F ratio? Or should I just get some XiEDs in the short term?

Thanks, Chris.

I use xieds to good result.

mine make the mixture slightly ( about 8%) richer under most riding conditions- part throttle cruising

hi flow air cleaner, no cat headers, hi flow exhaust.

for a stock motor, think more about mid frame heat deflectors and thick loose fitting jeans.
