I had a SC Ventilator which puked like crazy in comparison to the Fuel Moto Stage 1 AC I have on there now.
Now, since I did the sump check, I drained all of the oil out (was running harley dino oil) and refilled to the same level with amsoil (had it in the garage). Hasn't puked since.
Is it possible that synthetic oil does not expand as much under heat and conventional oil does? I am obviously no expert but this one simple change has seemed to put the problem to bed.

No but it is possible that it drains back faster as syn oil is usually a tad thinner at operating temp than mineral oil for the same viscosity rating.
My builder tells me that is the reason, and that the SE Heavy Breather will solve the issue.
Just my thoughts but with the heavy breather, you would still be puking oil into your intake except it would just go into the intake tube and sucked into your throttle body so you wouldn't see it or have to deal with cleaning your filter. Of course, I could be completely wrong!
