Default No start after new battery

Help, grabbed a new battery and installed it on the EG now the turn signals are on and nothing else is happening. I turn the ignition the headlight comes on but nothing else. Any leads/tips? I need to get this scoot moving. Thanks for your time.

what year bike?

do you have an alarm ?

do you hear the fuel pump prime?

are you SURE that the battery is fully charged ( charged, not a tender) are you SURE the battery cables are good and clean tight connections at both ends

have you checked your fuses?

It does have an alarm. I brought the fob with me, it has the pager as well even had that near the bike.
It is an 2005 Electra Glide
The fuel pump didn't prime.
The turn signals were on when the bike was off, turned the ignition and no fuel pump prime headlight came on but the radio wouldn't come on.

Yes the battery is fully charged called in to grab it and they said stop by later to make sure it was charged, even showed me it was.
Thanks for the reply.

what caused you to replace the battery- what happened before?

this could be an alarm thing- I'm not savvy to the earlier version alarm
