believe its the connector for the additional taillights that are mounted in the back of some tourpacks, or it could be for the rear speakers

looks like a blue wire-

on HD's :

blue is used for run lights "hot"

black is ground

red/yellow are used for brake light.


this connector might be used for the side marker light kit which is an add on for the FLHTC, the 2 plastic "chrome" pieces come off, the light kits go on.
A useful upgrade for side visibility

I think it's for if you add a spoiler/brake light combo. I had one on my '05 and plan on putting one on my '14 as soon as they come out.

Yep, additional tourpak lights if your pak has them.

Where do they sell the connector I was hoping to use it as a cell phone charger port thank you
